| Dubsat Syndicate is a software application that can speed up approvals and delivery of TVCs by automating advertiser, media agency and broadcaster workflows. Because the automation removes the need for manual intervention or re-keying of data, business-to-business communication may become easier. Dubsat Syndicate also transcodes in formats specified by most broadcasters and media receive sites. Dubsat CEO Grant Schuetrumpf said, “FOXTEL needed to develop an accessible way to handle TVC file transfers that would include their media agencies and broadcast channels. Dubsat Syndicate covers airtime management confirmations and delivers file-based material through syndication. This allows TVCs to be forwarded on and made accessible to their respective media agencies and broadcast channels earlier in the delivery schedule.” Dubsat Syndicate was developed by collaborating with FOXTEL, MCN and Ignite Media Brands, who contributed typical, real scenarios and experiences to test how Dubsat Syndicate met businesses requirements in the TVC booking confirmation and delivery workflow. Media agencies are able to access and manage their own material, and maintain privacy and data integrity during the process. From a user perspective, Dubsat Syndicate is customisable desktop software, synchronised with Dubsat’s cloud services. It also has full-screen proxy replay and storyboarding of each TVC and allows internal unique identifiers to be created and allocated across all channel partners, automating a previously manual process. Broadcasters can customise the system for specific situations to provide access to a media agency before each TVC on-air date. www.dubsat.com.au |
