NAB The new PipelineFX ArtistView GUI for Qube! has been developed to make
the application’s queue control, project updates and render previews more
accessible to artists.
|Artists working on VFX, post, broadcast, design or other digital media projects can use this interface to manage and troubleshoot rendering jobs while seeing a breakdown of current and planned jobs, estimated completion times, a log history and rendered frames previews. Controls over the queue allow a user to block a job, kill it, re-attempt or sort it for more efficient results. It is also possible to scrub through rendered frames directly inside the GUI.|
|The ArtistView GUI is built with PyQt, in order to make render farm management customizable for individual CG artists, other content creators and students. Users can create their own tabs in html, text and OpenGL. The Python-based plug-in architecture was designed to provide further opportunities for simple customizations as work progresses.|
